Pick a start date and an end date to see how many days lie between them, plus the same span in weeks and days, in months and days, and the number of weekdays (Monday to Friday). Use it for deadlines, notice periods, trips or to see how long ago something happened. The result updates as soon as you change a date.
How it works
Total days is the end date minus the start date, counted in whole calendar days, the same way you count nights between check-in and check-out. If you want to include both the first and the last day, add one. Weeks + days divides that total by 7. Months + days first counts whole calendar months from the start date (2 March to 2 June is three months, however long those months are) and then the days left over, so it follows the real calendar rather than assuming 30-day months. Weekdays counts every Monday to Friday from the start date to the end date, both included. It knows nothing about public holidays, so subtract those yourself for an exact number of working days. Leap years are handled automatically: 29 February 2028 counts like any other day. Dates are whole days in your own time zone, so a daylight-saving change doesn't add or lose a day.
Worked example
From Monday 2 March 2026 to Monday 15 June 2026: the total is 105 days, which is exactly 15 weeks, or 3 months and 13 days. Counting both Mondays, the span has 76 weekdays; if your period includes Memorial Day (25 May), that leaves 75 working days.
